ECM ECSB WC

Our most powerful solution for robotised high-pressure casting of complex water closets. Every great ceramic product starts with the right foundation. The preparation stage transforms raw materials into a workable slip or body — the essential first step that determines the quality of everything that follows. Our preparation systems are engineered for consistency, efficiency and adaptability across different raw material compositions.

OUR APPROACH

At a Glance

The ECM SOR WC is a fully integrated high-pressure casting cell designed for manufacturers who produce complex water closets — including stick-on-rim and shell-engine-rim types. It brings together body, rim and engine casting, robotic handling and smart conveyor logistics into a single, operator-friendly cell. The result: repeatable quality, higher yields and significantly lower cost per piece.

Why?

Consistent Quality at Scale

Two Silos, Two Plaster Options

Precise pressure and flow control ensures stable wall thickness and repeatable casting quality across every cycle. You get fewer defects, less scrap and a more predictable production line.

With two separate silos, two different plaster types can be used efficiently, providing greater flexibility for various production requirements.

Why?

Designed for Complex Products

Two Silos, Two Plaster Options

Full rotation capability (±180°) allows optimum filling and draining at any angle — reducing casting defects such as cracks and filling marks, and enhancing surface quality even on the most demanding geometries.

With two separate silos, two different plaster types can be used efficiently, providing greater flexibility for various production requirements.

Why?

More Output, Fewer Operators

Two Silos, Two Plaster Options

Fully automated demoulding, transfer and sticking means a single operator can manage the entire cell. That translates to higher productivity per person, lower labour dependency and reduced handling risks.

With two separate silos, two different plaster types can be used efficiently, providing greater flexibility for various production requirements.

Why?

Faster Changeovers, Less Downtime

Two Silos, Two Plaster Options

The system is engineered for shorter cycle times and higher mould utilisation, with a quick, operator-friendly mould change concept that keeps your line running.

Why?

Built on a Platform You Can Trust

Two Silos, Two Plaster Options

Recipe-based control with casting recipes, alarm management, trend monitoring and remote-ready architecture — all running on globally recognised industrial components (Siemens, Festo) for worldwide serviceability and spare-part availability.

With two separate silos, two different plaster types can be used efficiently, providing greater flexibility for various production requirements.
