High Precison Spraying
System is equipped with high-precision Spray guns that ensure consistent and accurate glaze application, reducing material waste and improving overall product quality. Additionally, the system supports on-time pattern changes, allowing up to 8 different glaze patterns to be seamlessly switched during production without halting the process.
Real Time Glaze Monitoring
System incorporates the Emerson Micro Motion Mass Control System and the Netzsch Ceramic Rod Pump to ensure precise control over glaze flow, temperaure and density. The Mass Control System provides real-time monitoring and adjustment of glaze parameters, maintaining consistent application across all products. Paired with the servo-controlled Rod Pump, this setup guarantees accurate and uniform glaze distribution, enhancing product quality while minimizing waste.
High Efficiency Filtration
This system offers a 99.9% glaze recovery rate, significantly reducing waste and ensuring a cleaner production environment. The filters are designed to last up to 15 years with minimal maintenance, thanks to their robust construction and automatic jet-pulse cleaning mechanism. By maintaining consistent airflow and low pressure drop, the dry filter system enhances overall operational efficiency while supporting sustainability goals.
Advanced Offline Programming
This is a software system for robot programming and process simulation, which supports the robot-based glazing of sanitaryware. Using specified process parameters it is able to generate and simulate a robot movement path (trajectory) for proces- sing a workpiece outside the production (offline). The glazing result is visualized (e. g. layer thickness and glaze distribution) on the computer.
Tailored Layout Options
Robotic Glazing System offers flexible layout options tailored to meet specific customer requirements and facility constraints. Whether you need a compact arrangement for limited space or a more expansive setup for higher throughput, the system can be configured to fit seamlessly into your existing production environment. This adaptability makes the system ideal for a wide range of production scales and facility layouts.
Piece Recognizing System
System is equipped with a sophisticated piece recognizing system that uses high-resolution cameras to accurately identify and position products before the glazing process. This system ensures that each piece is correctly aligned and matched with the appropriate glaze pattern, reducing errors and enhancing the overall quality of the final product.
