SOR 1 PC WC CASTING MACHINE
The SOR 1 PC WC Casting Machine is Unimak's battery-type Stick on Rim casting machine for One Piece and Smart Water Closets. 4-5 part body moulds and 2-3 part rim moulds are cast on separate, independently tiltable benches, with the heavy rim moulds handled by an overhead crane sticking system for precise, low-manpower assembly. Semi-automated handling — an on-foot demoulding manipulator, 5th-part demoulding and storage, and optional spagless dewatering — keeps the operation efficient while a Siemens PLC controls the full casting cycle.

At a Glance
30 moulds (15+15 individual control option) · body tilting +11°/-7°, rim tilting 0-45° · overhead crane sticking · up to 27,000 pcs/year (spagless, 3 cycle/day).
WHY THIS SOLUTION?
A specially designed overhead crane system with a motorized rotating end-arm tool lets one operator handle the heavy One Piece Rim Moulds easily, ensuring precise sticking.

//TECHNICAL DATA
Annual Output – Traditional Plaster Mould, 2 Cycle/Day (PCS/YEAR)r
Annual Output – Spagless Plaster Mould, 3 Cycle/Day (PCS/YEAR)
Modular Control Option (15+15)
An optional feature that splits the complete cycle into 15+15 moulds, so 2 different models can be produced at the same time on the same machine.
Mobile, Speed-Controlled Fan Group
Adjustable fans direct airflow toward the mould cover, foot, side parts and green piece, moving both angularly and horizontally for uniform drying.
Automatic Dewatering System for Spagless Moulds
Dewatering air is controlled with separate regulators and automatic valves on a modular basis (5-6 moulds per module), with separate lines for body and rim moulds.
Curtain Dryer for Moulds
A closed-circuit hot-air system dries plaster moulds between casting cycles, maintaining consistent temperature and humidity.
Multi Deck Storage Conveyor
Stores up to 30 green pieces per deck with a first-in, first-out design; elevators move pieces between decks for efficient floor-space use.
Optimized, Clean Layout
A well-organized layout minimizes area requirements and gives the operator plenty of free space to work around the moulds and pieces.
