ECM WC KIT
The ECM WC KIT is Unimak's high-pressure casting machine purpose-built for 3, 4 and 5-part water closet and bidet moulds. Each kit module can run its own casting parameters, so different WC or bidet models can be installed side by side on the same machine. All parts of a mould are demoulded at the same time via dedicated demoulding trolleys — and thanks to the movable foot-part system, pieces demould straight from the base without needing a special demoulding setter. The unique kit module design accepts multi-part WC moulds easily, including existing resin moulds, giving a cycle time at least 25% shorter than one-by-one demoulding battery-type machines.
