ECM WB R

The ECM WB R is Unimak's Rotating Wash Basin high-pressure casting machine — an economic, single-mould machine designed for flexible production of wash basin products, including complex Fine Fire Clay (FFC) models. The mould can cast and drain at any angle (up to +/-180°), improving fill quality and eliminating common modelling defects, while horizontal automatic demoulding is handled by an industrial robot with a purpose-built demoulding tool. Thanks to its compact, airbag-clamping design and modular single-mould structure, up to four machines can be run by a single operator per shift, typically arranged as a multi-machine casting cell with robotic handling, buffer storage and trolley loading.

A Siemens S7 PLC and industrial PC touchscreen HMI monitor every casting step — process times, cycles, and hydraulic/slip/air pressure — with remote connection and USB data logging.

Robotic Cell Integration

Compatible with common industrial robots (e.g. ABB, ~3.1 m reach, up to 210 kg payload, IP65) for demoulding, piece rotation and trolley loading in a full casting cell.
