ECM-S12 ECO
ECM ECO S12 is a battery type high pressure casting machine for 2-part moulds, designed as an economic option for mass production of wash basins, console basins, under-counter basins, pedestals and tank lids. Vertical casting with vertical demoulding — manual or semi-automatic with a zero-gravity device. Hosts up to 12 moulds with multi-cavity moulds up to 50 cm, on a compact 950 x 1.150 mm useful frame, with minimum 95% machine efficiency.

Hydraulic Mould Clamping
Proportional-controlled hydraulic clamping delivers 1000 kN clamping force across a 1.470 x 1.320 mm mould fixing plate.

Compatible with moulds from alternative suppliers, including adaptation of existing moulds, with short mould changing time.
